A: Form the largest group you can from your friends & Colleagues. The more the merrier !
B: Contact us to check availability for the date you require. We will then temporarily hold your booking.
C: To secure your booking, collect a deposit (*1) from each of your group and forward the deposits to us by the required date (*2)
Late additions to your group can be included at a later date subject to availability.
We are able to accept visa / master card, cash and cheque's
Hamburger Hill – Bristol Outdoor Pursuits Centre is available 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, for groups of 1 to 200 (subject to availability, contact us for details)
You are welcome to visit our venue at any time during our opening hours to inspect our facilities prior to booking your event.
( In fact, we strongly recommend you do ! )
Bookings can be made by email, post, online booking or phone.

Booking deposit of £10 (per person / per activity) can be paid by cheque / cash / card/ bank transfer.
Deposits paid will be deducted from the total activity cost for each individual.
Deposits are paid to confirm and guarantee your booking.
In the event of non-attendance, deposits are non-refundable.

Required date is two weeks prior to the date of the event.
Where the date you require is within 2 weeks, deposits are required at time of booking.
